We are a local non-profit religious community. We have a new website that we have built in Drupal 5.x and it looks great. But we are having a problem with IE and the Zen template that our Theme was created on. The goal is to upgrade the site to Drupal 6.x and to fix our Theme so that we dont have the problems with IE that we have been having.

So anyone responding to this needs to have a) strong experience with Drupal Themes and style sheets in both 5.x and 6.x b) ability to migrate our current .x Theme to Drupal 6.x c) ability to help us migrate our Ubercart system from version 5.x to 6.x.

You need to be local to the Washington DC metro area and able to meet on the weekends or during the week. Evenings are fine.
