We are looking for someone to help us with the design and launch of a microsite built on Drupal. The turnaround on this is very agressive - something needed by next Friday (Dec 5). Summary of what is needed and contact details below.

Overview
Take charge on toxics campaign is concerned about toxic chemicals being used and released where Ontarians live, work and play.

Take charge on toxics is a campaign comprised of a broad coalition of respected health, environment and labour organizations aimed at ensuring Ontario's Toxic Use Reduction legislation reduces Ontarians risk of developing cancer by effectively addressing toxic chemicals where people live, work and play.

The goal is of www.takechargeontoxics.ca is to inform the public about the key issues related to toxic chemicals and provide opportunities for the public to take action. The site will also be a resource for media who would like to develop stories around the topic.

Functional requirements
Below is a high level summary of the functionality that will be needed to support this website initiative:
• Basic content management tool to allow content owners to manage their own content (preferably Drupal which the Society already has some familiarity and experience with)
• Support for multiple file types: attached files, photos, video, audio
• RSS support
• Google Analytics support

For a good example of a site that would be similar is size/scope to the one being requested, visit www.kleercut.net. This site is similar in organization (learn about the issue --> take action --> stay informed) and nature (single topic social issue microsite).

Scope of work
We are looking for a resource that can help with:
• Website design
• Website development and programming
• Hosting

With site content currently in development, we are most importantly looking for a design and “empty container” that we can fill with content over time.
